Rue Nobel is a furnished studio apartment located on the ground floor of a stunning late 19th Century building in Montmartre

  • Perched on one of the famous staircases, it is the epitome of the Parisian charm seen in the movie Amelie (which was filmed almost entirely in this neighborhood)

  • Because cars can't come down rue Nobel, it is very quiet (all the more so thanks to double-glazed windows)

  • Within walking distance are Sacre Coeur, the Moulin Rouge, the scenic Montmartre Cemetery and the only working vineyard in Paris

  • Two metro stations are a 5-minute walk away (Lamarck Caulaincourt and Jules Joffrin) , and a third is 10 minutes away (Marcadet Poisionnieres)

The apartment contains a parquet floor, the original fireplace with a black marble mantle, molding and old-fashioned window shutters

  • Without compromising this original atmosphere, modern amenities such as brand-new bathroom fixtures (including a large tub with unlimited hot water) make your stay all the more comfortable

  • There's a new sofa-bed, new washing machine, and a modern American kitchen (with toaster oven, coffee machine and fridge). Scroll down for more photos below.

  • FREE: High-speed Internet with WiFi; unlimited phone calls to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and to land lines in France and many other countries; cable TV with more than 100 channels; stereo.

  • The apartment size is 25 square meters (270 square feet)

Testimonials

We enjoyed the Rue Nobel apartment tremendously. It made our stay in Paris so much more relaxing than staying in a hotel. Not only were we able to save money by eating some of our meals at home; we were also able to sample an array of wines, cheeses, pates and other wonderful French specialties by bringing food back to our apartment. Walking out of the Rue Nobel apartment, we were right in the heart of Montmartre, one of my favorite neighborhoods in Paris. --Andrea C, Portland, OR

Staying at Rue Nobel introduced us to one of the most charming and off-the-beaten-path neighborhoods in Paris. A few blocks away from Montmarte's most touristed streets, this area of Montmartre is truly beautiful, peaceful and fascinating. Local cafes, cheese shops, specialty foods, winding streets, cobblestone steps are just right outside the apartment, which made real daily living convenient and fun. The area exceeded our highest hopes. We later stayed in different neighborhoods throughout the city, but little Rue Nobel remained at the top of our list without a doubt! --Brenna M, Cambridge, Mass

The apartment has been great. Yves has been wonderful in helping with various things (the six pack of Corona he left me as a welcome back present was particularly appreciated J). Thanks again for everything; I've had a wonderful time living at Rue Nobel! --Jim K., Northampton, Mass

We had a fantastic visit in Paris. Your apartment was so cozy and perfect for our trip! --David W & Lisa M, Los Angeles CA

The apartment was a dream! We had your own little Parisian home to come back to every night. Each morning we'd make a run to the boulangerie to pick out a new amazing pastry, or try out one of the great café's while planning our day. There's no other way to stay in Paris, we're already planning our return! --David and Cheri, Los Angeles
